How can I check the status of my order?
After an order has been placed, it is sent as soon as possible to one of our fulfillment centers, where your item will be mailed.
You can contact us during the first 48 hours for a full refund without special reasons.

What are the shipping times?
Delivery time to Europe: 7 to 14 Days
Delivery time to North America (Canada and United States): 7 to 14 Days
Delivery time to Australia: 7 to 15 Days
Delivery time to Africa, South America and Asia: 7 to 21 Days.
How to place an order?

What method of payment do you accept?
